💚Green Asparagus - Spring greens, dried beef, jelly fish and seaweed oil.
👉🏻Unagi - Tofu, Green Amaou Strawberry🍓. Brilliantly livening up the whole dish, the strawberry freshens the sweet sticky sauce and adds textures to the delicate tofu and fish. Personally preferred this French-Japanese starter of my friend’s over my own. @ Ecriture
